This position is based in Redditch and is ideal for individuals who are capable of managing their own caseload and have a passion for the legal field, particularly in Debt Recovery. We are looking for a proactive, organised individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Duties:
Caseload Management: Efficiently handle your own caseload from initiation to resolution, ensuring each case is managed effectively and within set time-frames.
Client Communication: Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, providing updates and advice regarding their cases.
Legal Research and Documentation: Conduct thorough legal research and prepare accurate legal documents pertaining to Debt Recovery.
Negotiation and Settlement: Engage in negotiations with debtors and their representatives, aiming for favourable settlements while upholding our client's interests.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Key Requirements:
Proven Experience: Prior experience in a Debt Recovery or related legal role is highly desirable.
Independent Caseload Management: Ability to handle a complete caseload autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and debtor interactions.
Legal Acumen: Good understanding of legal procedures and documentation in Debt Recovery.
Location: Based in Redditch; the ability to commute reliably is essential.
