Defence Training Designer

We're looking for a Defence Training Designer to complement our team. This role is based from Faslane, Helensburgh and benefits from eithier our 9/75 or 4xFlex working patterns, being a 9 day working fortnight or 4 day working week (days can vary depending on training schedule). The postholder will be responsible to the Learning & Development Associate Manager for ensuring that customer requirements and contractual outputs are delivered against agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Duties / Responsibilities:

• Work as a fully integrated member of the LMUK SS Training Team
• Design documents and training modules to the Defence Standards
• Support operations in support of training outputs
• Conduct reviews of training documentation in accordance with LMUK SS and Defence Quality Processes
• Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge and understanding of approved documentation, mandatory health and safety legislation, acceptance standards and directives to ensure compliance with Trident Programme and Company requirements

Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs.
