The Role: Delegate sales Exec- French speaking

Office: Fulham- 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (Friday)

You will be responsible for selling on specific events within a Award-winning portfolio of conferences.

The Delegate Sales Executive role is a phone-based sales position where you will work to establish new and extend existing relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be professional, commercially minded, authoritative, and able to demonstrate knowledge of successful sales processes. They will be a self-starter who sets themselves realistic but stretching goals, providing clear and accurate information on their performance, demonstrating a desire to continually improve. The ability to speak French is a necessity here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling over the phone to existing and potential new clients to meet realistic sales revenue targets in both French and English
• Creating, developing, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach and demonstrating the value of attending conferences.
• Keeping abreast of market developments, identifying, and researching new growth areas for sales.
• Maintaining key customer care objectives.
• Help to develop strategies and initiatives with your line manager to ensure the ongoing growth and development of the conferences and your role.
• Liaising with the Marketing Team and Line Manager to follow up on enquiries, upselling,

• database updates, new business, group sales, reports.
• Monitoring and evaluation of all competitor activity.
• Ensuring and assisting accounts personnel in the timely payment of all customer payments.
