Join our clients team as a Delegate Sales Executive and become part of a global force in delivering cutting-edge B2B events for the Life Sciences community.
These guys collaborate globally with senior executives in Pharma & Biotech, shaping high-level content and thought-leadership programs in areas such as Antibodies Therapeutics, CNS & Neuroscience, Oncology, Advanced Therapies, Genomics, CDx, Oligonucleotides, and AI in Drug Discovery.
They are on the lookout for dynamic sales professionals to join their expanding small but experienced team on their ambitious journey.
What would I be doing?
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will embark on a 3-6 month intensive training program designed to shape you into a versatile salesperson thriving in our clients high-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment.
Your primary focus will be selling delegate tickets across their international portfolio of Xchange events.
You’ll be engaging with senior business leaders through social media, email campaigns, and phone calls and be keeping up to date on industry content, researching the market, generating hot leads, and exceeding monthly revenue targets to earn hefty commissions.
What would they expect from me?
Our client would like you to bring 12-24 months of sales experience, with B2B C-level sales experience being preferable.
You should be commercially aware, possess good research skills, and have the ability to understand complex markets, particularly in the Life Science space.
Showcase self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm to hit targets and earn.
Be willing to learn and continually develop your skills and embrace the excitement of working in a fun, fast-paced, small team.
Bring sociability as you'll be travelling the world, networking at our events. Finally, display ambition and eagerness to progress your career rapidly.
What qualifications and experience do I need?
12-24 months of sales experience (B2B C-level sales experience preferable)
Experience and passion for developments in the Life Science space
Commercial awareness with good research skills
Self-motivated with energy and enthusiasm
Comfortable engaging with C-Level industry leaders
Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
Willingness to learn and develop skills rapidly
Excitement about working in a fun, fast-paced, small team
Sociable and open to travelling the world for networking
Ambitious and eager to progress career rapidly
