The Role: As a Delivery Consultant, you will learn the ropes of the recruitment industry from our experienced team. You will assist in sourcing and placing candidates in permanent and temporary roles that match their skills and aspirations, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop a network of candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Support the senior consultants in managing client accounts and delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities in our recruitment database.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• No prior experience in recruitment is necessary, but a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
