We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for an Investment Proposition Delivery Manager. The team is based in Edinburgh, but we would be willing to consider candidates based elsewhere, noting the expectation this is a hybrid role.
This vital role will be in our investment solutions team and be integral to ensuring that the propositions we design and maintain are appropriately managed and integrated on our systems.
About the role
- To support implementation of new and existing Investment Propositions on our operating systems.
- To support delivery of project activity through problem solving and technical knowledge.
- To engage with relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth running and risk management of our operational capabilities.
- To support continuous improvement in operational efficiency of our investment capabilities.
- To support large, pre-funded asset transitions into our workplace business, managing out of market risk for customers through management of processes and timelines with ceding providers and our asset managers.
About you
- Strong expertise of relevant products (workplace and individual pensions, and the investment solutions that typically support them), processes and markets, maintaining up to date knowledge and including understanding of competitors’ propositions and strategies
- Understanding of the financial services industry and the legislative/regulatory framework and the ability to think creatively around big picture and detailed solutions
- Commercially astute with the ability to understand and be innovative in their approach to designing solutions and the ability to influence the design of our strategy
- Able to focus on delivery, working with stakeholders to agree priorities, secure and align resource
- Excellent communicator who can create partnership relationships with key business functions and external stakeholders and clearly articulate the design and benefits
