Job Description
The opportunity:
McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are representing a local government recruitment agency based in Reigate, Surrey who are looking to appoint a Talent Partner to service the Council’s needs. This a full-time, hybrid opportunity where you’ll work in the office on a Tuesday and Wednesday after initial training.
The role:
You will manage a QSW (Qualified Social Workers) desk by delivering talent. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. If you have similar experience you will lean on your connections, network and experience and place Locums into the Council. You will generate talent pools and map out your market with a clear strategy on how you will be a success.

Onboarding and training will be provided.
This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to focus on talent attraction. The opportunity has career progression and pays up to £28k p/a plus commission.
