Are you an experienced driver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a nationally renowned furniture company? If so, we want you to join our team as a 3.5T Delivery Driver in Rogerstone!
As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality furniture to our clients valued customers' homes. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their furniture in perfect condition and placed in the room of their choice. Fully training and induction is provided. To assist you in this role, you will be partnered with a drivers mate. This is a long term ongoing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a 3.5-tonne delivery vehicle.
- Deliver furniture to customers' homes, ensuring a white-glove service.
- Collaborate with your drivers mate to handle and assemble furniture as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Working hours
- Shift: 13:30 to 22:00
- Days: Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license.
- Previous experience in delivery driving is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical fitness for lifting and assembling furniture.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
