We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who can follow instructions and meet the demands of our package delivery service. It's busy, and we deliver parcels all over the country. Join us on this journey, work for yourself and help bring smiles to all our customers.

We operate 7 days per week on rota, with daily multi-drops across Belfast and Northern Ireland.

As a self-employed delivery associate (DA) you will join our team of dedicated individuals delivery parcels across Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for working for yourself. Although working for yourself, you are not alone! You will be backed by us and we will provide everything you need ensuring you have all the tools for the role.

Although working for yourself, you are not alone! We have a large team of around 100 drivers, will provide you with a van, insurance and training to get you up to speed.

Pay/Bonus: Highly competitive pay with bonus scale available, based upon meeting targets and maintaining consistent high-performance.

• No delivery experience necessary, Full training will be provided.
• £117 per day starting minimum rate, up to £130 including bonus based upon team performance.
• 3-6 days out of 7-day week inc. at least 1 weekend day.
• 9 hour shifts per day.
• Paid training.
• Pay: 2 weeks in lieu of the start and weekly pay thereafter.
• Van, Insurance provided with full uniform and safety equipment (except safety shoes)
• Boost your pay with a weekly Bonus paid depending on performance over the week.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
• Excellent reliability and attendance, safety, and work record
• Independent problem solver with good communication skills.
• Full UK driving License – Clean (6 points max) and no DR – driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or IN- uninsured code endorsements, - Mandatory exclusion.
• Commercial or Delivery experience - desirable but not necessary
• Willing to provide disclosure background check & drug/alcohol testing - Mandatory exclusion.
• Requires some manual handling. Able to lift/push up to 23kgs.
• Able to complete jobs within allotted time schedules consistently.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work at pace without direct supervision or instruction.

Prior van driving experience is useful but not essential.
