Job Description
intent.ly is seeking a Delivery Executive to join their London-based delivery department.
Reporting to the Delivery Manager the successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for all new and existing client campaign deliveries across the business.
A typical day will involve actioning all new client launches from the Business Development Team, managing onboarding for Direct to Delivery clients, alongside new campaigns being launched for existing clients to help enhance their ongoing strategy. The individual will need to be proactive to spot any challenges and put processes in place to turn this around against agreed SLAs.
Role overview
A Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring that campaign launches are accurate and drive revenue for the company. As this is the first service point of call, the individual is responsible for providing a smooth transition throughout the campaign creation process from business development to client success. Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure that all campaigns are launched per the agreed brief and that the end-user experience is perfected.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all initial checks and administration duties for each new campaign.
- You will be responsible for setting up all overlays aligned with our client's standards (unless specified otherwise) and ensuring that the correct tracking links are added as this is imperative for the company to generate revenue per campaign.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that emails in the support inbox are answered correctly and promptly.
- You will be responsible for handing over the campaign to the Delivery Manager to complete the set up, ensuring they can fulfil their duties correctly and efficiently.
- Ensuring excellence and compliance within intent.ly’s use of CRM systems (currently Hubspot from an existing business perspective) for the receipt of campaign briefs and onboarding execution.
- You will be responsible for achieving the SLAs aligned with the full delivery team.
Accountabilities:
- You will be accountable, alongside the full delivery team for ensuring successful, go-lives of all campaigns and therefore reducing the overall churn rate.
- You will be accountable for ensuring that the Support inbox is kept at a reasonable level of open daily enquiries.
- You will be accountable for checking campaigns are tracking revenue in their first 24 hours and investigating and escalating where required.
