We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group.

Clarion Housing Group is a major housing developer with the financial strength, capacity, skills and expertise to deliver a wide range of housebuilding and regeneration schemes.
Our target is to build 50,000 new homes with mixed tenure over the next 10 years as one of the country's top 5 Developers. To achieve our goal we are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious, dedicated Delivery Manager to join us on our journey.
As Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering career defining new build construction projects ranging from Section 106 schemes through to large multi-tenure Joint Ventures, working closely with our contractor/developer partners to deliver these schemes. You'll also work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the wider Development Directorate and the Housing Association, ensuring that projects are effectively managed in accordance with business objectives and approvals.
You'll be required to proactively manage projects, meet internal & external delivery targets, monitor and manage project delivery risks and ensure that health & safety and build quality meets our high standards.
We're looking to find a forward-thinking professional with residential construction project management experience from both the Public and Private sector with a track record of delivering successful developments safely to the highest standards. You'll work well within both internal and external teams and be capable of taking the lead. You'll be a strong communicator with the ability to drive projects forward focusing on core principles of Safety, Customer first, Quality, and accurate programme forecasting.
You'll have an understanding of different types of build contracts for administration purposes including JCT, NEC or similar, be degree educated and ideally a member of a Chartered Professional Body (CIOB/ RICS or similar) with extensive project delivery experience.
Other responsibilities include:
Undertake project management duties on projects within agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
Frequent use of Excel and powerpoint along with producing various reports and cyclical reporting internally. (exp in use of Panwin desirable)
Ensure compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements in all areas of your responsibility including Health & Safety, Environmental and Sustainability.
Manage the relationships with Consultants and Contractors/Developers appointed throughout the development process.
Ensure that our appointed Contractors/Developers are achieving and maintaining high standards.
Effectively manage, monitor and control project budgets and ensure that programmes are delivered to time.
Manage multiple projects across the London region to ensure all aspects of delivery ensuring compliance on matters of contract, governance, planning and all statutory requirements.
Managing the day to day Project management and contractual aspects of a construction contract with regular presence on site in capacity as "Client/ Employer"

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least two days per week.
