Delivery Train Lead

Description

ASA is seeking a Delivery Train Lead to assist the Delivery Train Manager with ongoing live delivery in the programme.

The role
You will be joining an existing team working in a SAFe methodology. Your main responsibilities will be:
· Roll out the SAFe principles
· Support the ongoing delivery of the programme workstream
· Accountable for delivery work streams being tracked via Jira advanced roadmaps
· Supporting agile teams in the delivery
· Supporting risk and escalation processes

Requirements
Experience with the following:
· Working in an Agile delivery environment
· Implementing SAFe principles
· Delivering an E2E service
· Working across multiple functions and suppliers
· Flexibility working across offices in Scotland

Package
· Inside IR53
· Hybrid – requires regular attendance at the office
· Flexible working
