Demand Planner

Opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join a busy team, to help develop and implement processes and support further growth of the organisation
Role responsibilities include;
* Manage the planning and forecasting process to drive profits whilst minimising costs and risks.
* Analyse performance and understand trends to anticipate future product needs.
* Collate, interpret and summarise data to articulate recommendations that help commercial decisions.
* Ensure range, price and supply of products is optimised.
* Own sales volume forecasts and proactively communicate with supply chain to deliver stock availability.
* Be accountable for the progression of the range of products, using sales analysis and feedback from external parties.
* Constant review of existing processes to drive positive change and ways of working.
* Support key stakeholders by providing relevant and accurate data to inform decision making.
* Stock analysis to drive stock health actions.
* Plan and manage multi-channel distribution controlling and effectively utilising stocks.
Key skills required;
* Demand Planning & Forecasting experience
* Strong Analytical & Numerical skills
* Commercial thinking
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong Influencing skills.
This role will be fully office-based and due to the location, a driving licence and reliable transport will be required
