Demand Planner

You will be accountable for replenishment, processing, and timely delivery of stock for production and online sales. Additionally, you will be actively promoting innovative work methods and adapting new processes, both internally and externally. Analyzing data for crucial seasons while ensuring optimal sales levels are fundamental benchmarks for success in this position.

My client are an exciting, fast-growing distributor that last year saw a turnover of £250M.

Description

• Have ownership of stock at sku/online level.
• Deliver store/sku forecast accuracy improvements that can influence, delivering significant YOY improvement
• Forecast future sales demand for all sales channels to capture seasonal events, promotional activity and markdown to maximise availability online.
• Ensure stock build plans are achieved in agreed time frames
• Ensure on time delivery of new range launches.
• Update systems with stock count data and provide Stock Take Reports.
• Reporting to the Inventory management analyst to ensure on shelf availability is maintained to support sales.
• Liaising with suppliers & Stock Control to ensure on time order fulfilment.
• External International bookings & full documentation including Customs Declarations of deliveries for third parties.

Profile

• Good knowledge/experience of Supply Chain and Stock Management principles/processes
• Good knowledge of Excel and replenishment systems
• Good communications skills at all levels
• Experience in Supply Chain / Store Stock Management / Logistics / Operations
• Demonstrable drive & commitment and willingness to learn and adapt
• Good levels of planning, organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

Job Offer

• Salary up to £35K
• 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
