About the role
 
To lead the demand planning & fulfilment process in line with Business key metrics and Retail Sales fiscal commitments. To provide insights through effective analysis of internal and external systems, processes and reports to support and improve Commercial Capabilities Build effective relationships that increase influence with our customers and 3rd party suppliers. Create insights and actions designed to deliver efficiencies, best in class service and supply chain efficiencies with internal and external stakeholders. 
Perform a key role in the Commercial function with the ability to recognise and react appropriately to supply challenges internally and externally. 
Take a lead role in identifying , implementing and coordinating cross functional solutions to supply issues. 
 
What We're Looking For
 
• Provide accurate consolidated Retail forecast for both finished and bulk production for both internal and external source mitigating risk and maximising sales.
• Lead and take ownership of the by Customer Retail Sales base volume forecast. Create Insight and action identifying opportunities and plans to ensure maximum efficiencies and accuracy. 
• As functional lead, manage the escalation process of any breakdowns / issues to the wider business and with support from the Demand Planning Manager and develop recovery plans and best in class mitigation solutions. 
• Attend daily Demand & Supply sessions to drive service to all our customers and manage delivery of key metrics including accuracy of production plans and waste
• Liaise closely with Supply both McCain and external partners to understand supply performance and champion customer requirements.
• Develop and nurture effective Customer relationships with the key stakeholders within our key Customer group. 
• Lead the Customer agenda from a Demand perspective and develop customer plans to improve effectiveness and efficiencies for McCain and out Customers. 
• Work together with Customer managers to deliver best in class customer service. 
• Provide unwavering focus in the search for supply chain efficiencies both internally and externally. 
 
About You
 
• Management of a number of different tasks and customers Experience of analysing and creating insights from a broad range of data sources to create effective solutions. 
• Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills developed through working with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of how to drive performance from a Customer 
• focused perspective. 
• Commercial awareness and acumen.
