The Advocate Group are proud to be partnering with a leading, legacy CPG organisation as they transition into their new global offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across all brands in the group, leading monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting/ planning.
- Work with customers to identify needs and potential outcomes
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure forecasts/ plans are achieved
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc to plan and project accurate revenue.
You:
- Proven Demand Planning experience, ideally within CPG or manufacturing industries
- Proven ability to increase efficiency & effectiveness
- Experience with project management/ Demand Planning software, ideally Avercast
- Highly analytical and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High levels of resilience and robustness
This role will begin remote, before becoming hybrid in the northwest area (3 days onsite). You must be able to commit to this.
