A leading health and social care group is now looking for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) with a specialism in dementia care to help maintain superb clinical standards for specialist dementia interventions across the South and South East.

The group is highly praised for the quality of its care for people who require some extra support to live well, whether for age, mental health, or disability-related needs.
Across a network of luxury care homes, specialist hospitals, and neurorehabilitation centres, the team endeavours to provide person-centred residential and clinical care across a broad spectrum within purposefully designed and contemporary settings.

As a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist, your role will be hybrid-remote – involving both working from home and travelling to locations across the region to advise on, assess, and develop dementia care strategies.

All travel expenses will be reimbursed / covered by the employer, including both accommodation and mileage.

This is a permanent, full-time (40hrs per week) role for a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Person specification:

• (Essential) NMC registration in general nursing (RN Adult) or mental health nursing (RMN).
• (Essential) Evidence of CPD within the dementia care specialism
• (Essential) A high level of experience with dementia and related needs, such as from a previous Admiral Nurse or Specialist Dementia Nurse role.
