SalaryA leading health and social care group is now looking for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) with a specialism in dementia care to help maintain superb clinical standards for specialist dementia interventions across the South and South East.

Across a network of luxury care homes, specialist hospitals, and neurorehabilitation centres, the team endeavours to provide person-centred residential and clinical care across a broad spectrum within purposefully designed and contemporary settings.
As a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist, your role will be hybrid-remote - involving both working from home and travelling to locations across the region to advise on, assess, and develop dementia care strategies.
All travel expenses will be reimbursed / covered by the employer, including both accommodation and mileage.

This is a permanent , full-time (40hrs per week) role for a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) NMC registration in general nursing (RN Adult) or mental health nursing (RMN).
* ( Essential ) Evidence of CPD within the dementia care specialism
* ( Essential ) A high level of experience with dementia and related needs, such as from a previous Admiral Nurse or Specialist Dementia Nurse role.
