We have an existing loyal list of both private and membership plan patients and we’re attracting more patients every day. We have a big vision and as well as general dentistry we offer orthodontics, implant placement, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry, hygiene services as well as having a restorative dental specialist in the practice. In future we will have a treatment co-ordinator role as our practice develops.

Ideally we’re looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager for 24 hours per week, however if you think you have what it takes to be a Dental Practice Manager but do not have experience we would still like to hear from you, we would provide full training and on going support to the right candidate.

We’re open Monday to Friday various hours between 9:00am to 6:00pm, so if you want flexibility to drop off for the school run and work a little later for example, that may be an option.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the following:

• Recruitment/staffing levels
• Compliance
• Complaint handling
• Growth
• Financial understanding, inc KPI's, P&L's and budgets
• Cost Control
• Rotas
• Managing Sickness
• Staff Development and Performance
• Business Development
• Be willing to register as the CQC registered manager

Job Type: permanent 24 hours

Salary: full time from £31,600 pro rata

Experience:

• Ideally 2 years Dental Practice Management

Licence/Certification:

• Valid GDC dental nurse registration (for qualified dental nurse)
• DBS check required
