SalaryWe are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time receptionist to join our specialist dental practice on Harley Street, London. We would like to hear from individuals who are customer focused, can work independently and are confident working in a progressive and busy environment.
You should be passionate and compassionate, very good with patients, well presented and who feel they can be a dynamic part of our team. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a background within the dental industry and have strong, clear communication and organisational skills. You should be able to manage a high workload in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Such tasks will include, for example; phone handing, responding to patient email enquiries, arranging incoming referrals effectively, checking in patients with a warm welcome, arranging appointments, handling payments, cashing-up etc.
Please note, this position will require you to be responsible for closing the practice and being a key-holder.

Tuesdays: 09:30am - 6:30pm
Wednesdays: 08:30am-5:30pm
Thursdays: 09:30am - 6:30pm
Fridays: 08:30am - 5:00pm/5:30pm
Lunch: 1/hr
Dental Software: Exact (Software of Excellence)
Dentistry: Specialist referral practice
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiable, dependant on experience)
Start date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Previous Dental Receptionist experience
- Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Very good people skills
