Dental Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, caring and passionate receptionist. We are a mixed practice in Hanwell, W7. We set and deliver high standards of care for our patients to ensure every stage of their journey is well planned and cared for. Dental experience is required.

Job Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing correspondence
• Carrying out requests from management as needed
• Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
• Answering emails and sorting post
• Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Full time position Monday to Saturday
