Dental Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office.

Duties:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and manage incoming calls.

Schedule appointments and maintain patients records.

Verify the patients information and process payments.

Assist with billing and providing the invoice of the patients.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Supporting the Owners and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.

Making patients aware of dental services and offers.

Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

Working as part of the team, carrying out other duties as needed.

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
