We are looking for a Receptionist to work in a long established mainly NHS Practice in Chippenham.
Primary role is to support the existing reception team and specific duties will include:
Dealing with patients on a daily basis
Answering the telephone
Taking of payments
Working in a busy Decontamination room processing instruments
Responding to emails
General admin duties
The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy essential
High standard of personal presentation
Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a very busy environment
Willingness to be flexible to aid the smooth running of the Practice.
The role is for 36 hours per week, working from Tuesday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.
