Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join the team at Dart Vale Dental Care, in Totnes, South Devon.
Dart Vale Dental Care is an established private dental practice in Totnes who provide high quality dental care to the local area.
We offer a full range of dental treatments which include all treatment necessary to secure and maintain oral health. We also offer treatments that are not available under the NHS such as hygienist services and cosmetic treatments, for example tooth whitening, stain removal and tooth polishing.

What does the role involve?
- Managing reception throughout the day
- Checking in and out patients
- Collecting payments
- Looking ahead in the diary to manage and ensure diary is booked correctly
- Managing recalls
- Phone management and dealing with patient email and sms enquiries along with
- Dealing with all New Patient enquiries.
