Dental Receptionist/Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled dental nurse to join our team.

Fully computerised clinic, high spec and forward thinking
Days of work are on the rota such as Monday-Friday 8-6 or 8-8 and Saturday 8-1
Desirable candidate would be registered with the GDC.

You should be proficient in written/spoken English

Responsibilities of position:

• Assist patient into surgery, settle them in the chair and prepare them for treatment
• Follow current GDC, CQC, HTM01-05 and company policies
• Provide patient with personal protective equipment
• Produce instruments and materials as necessary during treatment
• Provide chair-side assistance during all dental procedures
• Ensure all lab work is checked and available prior to patients arrival
• Maintain a clean environment during surgery.
• Escort the patient from the surgery and when necessary to the reception & waiting area
• Ensure use of checklists provided which clearly outlines a schedule of daily and weekly tasks
• Undertake reception duties

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
