Department Administrator
We are working closely with our client based in Great Gransden to recruit for a Department Administrator
Main Duties:
- Producing quotes of Materials from drawings and parts lists
- Producing Sales Order numbers
- Create pick lists for Stores and Manufacturing departments
- Advise departments of all stock requirements
- Maintenance of the Parts database.
- Additional tasks as set by manager
Skills and Attributes
- Must have great administration skills
- Must be computer literate
- keen work ethic with the ability to work to your own initiative
- Reliable with great time keeping
Hours 8:30 am -5:00 pm Monday-Friday
