Job Description:
As a Deployment Engineer, your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to routers and wireless networks, training customers how to use methods or implement upgrades, and ensuring that security is functioning properly on all network assets
Roles & Responsibilities:
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field of study.
- Significant programming experience.
- Experience in deploying professional products to cloud-based infrastructure.
- Proven ability to take due care with critical systems.
- Experience in developing server or multi-user applications is desirable.
- Ability to take product requirements and design and implement a suitable product.
- Appreciation of good user interface design.
- Ability to design a product that is robust and maintainable.
- Ability to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving.
- Understanding of issues of team software development.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills such as time management and prioritising.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Required Skills:
- Advance experience in Telecom Domain.
- Good expertise on 5G/4G/3G technologies and should be familiar with the network call flows.
- IMS/SDM/EPC domain knowledge
- Wireshark packet analysis
- Experience in Protocol testing including HTTP2, SIP, MAP, Diameter.
- Good understanding of Agile scrum methodologies.
- Handson experience in Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Sound understanding of Telco Cloud technologies such as VNFI, Open Stack.
- Sound knowledge in Linux/CentOS, TCP/IP stack
- Strong DevOps knowledge.
- Understanding Test management Tools Exp -JIRA /HPQC ..etc
- L3 or any equivalent Certification".
