Deployment Lead - Erp

Dechra Pharmaceutical are looking for an experienced Deployment Lead to join our manufacturing division during the implementation.

The Manufacturing and Supply Chain division is implementing Oracle Cloud applications across its internal manufacturing sites. This is a key project in the digital transformation of the end-to-end processes across the division and the outcome will be to harmonize best practice across the global business with increased efficiency, compliance and productivity.

The Deployment Lead will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the global ERP solution across the network.

• Develop a standardised approach and deployment strategy to be executed at each site.
• Manage a team of Site Implementation Leads.
• Ensure that each site team adopts the standardised deployment strategies and project documentation.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of temporary and seconded project employees at each site.
• Ensure the communication between the programme team and site team is effective and timely.
• Support the Change Manager in deploying the programme change strategies at each site.
• Consolidate site project plans and other site project documentation and proactively escalate issues as per the governance model.
• Look for efficiencies with ways of working across sites and cross functionally in the project deployment teams.
• Track progress against plan, ensuring that the site team provide timely updates to enable actionable status reporting to the programme.
• Ensure that site resource numbers and quality are appropriate to support delivery of the deployment plan.
• Support the Site Implementation Leads to track key elements of site readiness and resolve issues.

• Experience of an ERP or similar system implementation.
• Strong programme management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced change environment, both individually and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships.
• Good change management skills.
• Confident engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to interact cross-functionally and communicate collaboratively in a complex environment.
• Proficiency in English essential.
