Change & Deployment Lead - Process Optimisation

Type: 12 month secondment - Fixed term contract

Location: Macclesfield UK

Accountability:

As a Change & Deployment Lead, you will become an integral part of the Process Optimisation workstream of HR Ambition 2030 as we look so automate and simplify the way work gets done across HR. You will define the strategy, approach and delivery of Change Management & Deployment activity for newly optimised HR processes in one or more given areas of the HR function. You will complete full change impact analysis of between current and future process state incorporating technical and behavioural changes for all impacted groups (HR & Business). You will also lead and facilitate Voice of the Customer activity where appropriate feeding key outputs into the Process Optimisation design cycles to create an optimal end user experience.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Educated to degree standard or equivalent work experience

- Demonstrable Change Management & Deployment experience in a complex, global organisation

- Experience of operating in HR or a business service environment

- Good Written and spoken communications

- Customer oriented with a service mind-set

- Active listener and good problem solver

- Highly committed and prepared to go the extra mile

- Working with multiple partners in a global environment

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- HR background

- Understanding and experience of using HR technology including Workday and Service Now

- Experience of involvement in process design projects

- Flexibility – able to adapt working style to support programme needs
