- Strong Technical awareness and a self starter

• Create the Technology schedule of events & arrange SoE walkthroughs/reviews.
• During the event, run additional triage calls to tackle issues which arise but have no critical path impact on overall event
• Responsible for ensuring all activities are carried out during the deployment, coordinated & validated in line with the implementation plan, collate and communicate regular status updates, identifying and escalating risks and potential incidents, issues and blockers as required, to ensure visibility of progress for all relevant stakeholders.
• Engage with key business technology teams for task input when collating SOE.
• Promote continuous improvements, including planning and coordination of a deployment retrospective (lessons learned) to identify opportunities to improve processes and techniques to maximise quality across future deployments.
