Administration Assistant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting for a client based in Bagshot who is seeking an Administration Assistant to support with administration duties that are essential to the day-to-day management of business.
The Administration Assistant responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Directors and Operations Manager and collaborate closely with The Office Manager
- Manage the travel portal and occasionally book flights using our travel company
- Creating contracts for freelancers and suppliers
- Oversee office supplies, including ordering, keeping inventory and maintaining optimal levels
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office by coordinating with relevant suppliers and tradesmen
- Perform basic accounting duties to support financial processes including expenses and invoicing
- Order necessary supplies for events as required
- Answering calls and directing them accordingly - taking messages where needed
- Taking in deliveries and supplies - handing over and filing correctly
The Administration Assistant will have the following skills and experience
- Organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
- Attention to detail
- A flexible approach and a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discreet when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
- Experience in an office-based administration role is essential
- Previous experience in a finance or data inputting an advantage but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
