Job description

Job Description: Temporary Administrator (Medical Background Preferred)

Location: Haslemere

Hours: Part-time, 8am to 1pm or 9am to 2pm

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Temporary

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Temporary Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with a background in administration and a familiarity with the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with the coordination of medical appointments and patient records.
  • Provide support to healthcare staff and communicate effectively with patients.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a medical setting is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and medical record systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A current DBS check is required for this position.
