Menzies Distribution Solutions are currently recruiting for an expereinced Depot Administrator to join our team in Carrington, Manchester.
Full-time, permanent
45 hours per week, days
GBP26,795.40 p/a

Depot Administrator duties:
Be the first point of call for all warehouse queries & deal with day to day staffing issuesPlan/prioritise the daily workload.Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company H&S policies.Maintain and comply on full 5 S standard & have full audit complianceComplete and review risk assessments. ( training dependant )Investigate all accidents/incidents and ensure corrective actions are carried out.Maintain good working practices.Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained, and complies with the company/legal processesUpdate all staff with new processes/procedures.Provide correct information for customer requestsPossess the ability to analyse complex data and make logical decisionsEnsure all WMS/Voice/TMS systems are all up to date and utilised fully.Monitor performance on an individual basis and report accordinglyEnsure all tasks are carried out to the highest level of accuracy.Working towards set KPIs, each dependant on the activity currently undertaken. E.G Pieces processed per hour
Depot Administrator requirements:
Good communication skills are essential with the ability to express empathy with customersExcellent written and verbal skills are essential.Experience resolving disputes in a fair and calm manner and be able to identify issues, which could potentially become problematic and avoid situations arising.Report writing on Customer Service activity and proposed recommendations on how improvements could be made for the benefit of the company and its customers.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
