Customers Service Representative the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Depot Customer Service Representative to join our team within our Aberdeen Depot. Working closely with our central office team, onsite workshop team, suppliers, and customers, you will be responsible for the efficiency of the administrative support function and will provide key sales support to ensure our High Standards of customer care. Responsibilities within this role include:
- Provide critical support to the Depot Manager by operating part of your week within the depot assisting with duties required to deliver excellent Customer Service in dealing with internal and external stake holders.
- Create and maintain a register of all live sites/customers and chart our progress in business secured as well as build positive relations with all potential clients.
- General hire desk duties, To include on/off hire administration and proactive Customer Service calls.
- Target sites and customers to promote all Jarvie Plant Group products in a specific geographic area.
- You will also be expected to help increase sales growth in your local area and conduct sales telephone calls.
