Vacancy: Depot Manager / Sales Lead
Location: South Wales region
Salary: Negotiable, DOE + Performance related bonus & Car
Hours: 40 hours per week 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Depot Manager / Sales Lead to cover the South Wales region, on behalf of our leading Manufacturing client.
Ideally you will be based within (or local to) one of the following areas: Barry, Cardiff, Newport, Penarth, Pontyclun,Caerphilly, Bridgend, Ebbw Vale, Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and increasing sales for the branch
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Developing relationships with Electrical Contractors, Wholesalers and Specifiers
• Growing live branch accounts to increase customer base
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Representing the Company at exhibitions and events
• Preparation of customer quotations
• Maintaining CRM system
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
• A proven track record in a business development role
• A good knowledge of the building services, construction / M&E sectors
• Experience of working with electrical contractors and wholesalers
• Ability to negotiate commercial agreements
• Adept at sales planning, objective setting and action generation and resolution
• Highly motivated and driven to excel in all areas of commercial and technical customer engagement
