Our school is on an improvement journey and the role of Depute Head Teacher, will be key in ensuring the school’s ambitious agenda for improvement is realised.
This role involves leading on a strategic remit and working closely with colleagues in the Senior Leadership Team and Middle Leadership Teams to deliver the best possible support and outcomes for our learners. Relevant experience in senior leadership would be an advantage, as would a sound knowledge and understanding of universal, targeted and personalised support and child protection.
You will be an organised, values-drive middle or senior leader who is motivated, committed to inclusive practice and ambitious for the success of all young people.
You will have a proven track record of delivering success in middle or senior school leadership, ideally with experience in pupil support, demonstrating the necessary skills to provide effective leadership of your strategic remit.
The successful candidate will possess the necessary characteristics and resilience to work in a high-paced and challenging environment where innovation, commitment and inclusive practices are expected.
