AddressDuties:
- Collaborate with the Manager to oversee daily facility operations
- Develop and execute personalized care plans for residents based on individual needs
- Train and supervise staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
- Evaluate staff performance, offering feedback and guidance as necessary
- Ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines for assisted living, dementia care, and senior care facilities
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience in a similar role
- Robust background in senior care, encompassing assisted living, dementia care, nursing homes, or home care
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in care planning processes and best practices for senior care
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
