We have an exciting role for a dedicated person that has aspirations to develop into a Care Manager role. For this vacacny we are happy to consider Care Coordinators, Deputy Managers or Care Managers.
Duties
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care facility
- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff members
- Develop, implement and manage care plans
- Ensure that all care is provided in accordance with established protocols and regulations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with care schedules
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate services for clients
- Work closely with recruitment to ensure a healthy receruitment pipeline of care staff is coming through
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and update care plans as necessary
- Assist with the management of budgets and resources
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be a level 3 or higher in health & social care (level 5 would be great!)
- Previous experience in a care setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of care planning processes and procedures
- Proficient in administration protocols
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and quality of care for your clients You will work closely with the senior team to oversee the daily operations of the facility, provide leadership to staff members, and ensure that all care is provided in accordance with established protocols and regulations. Your expertise in care planning will be essential in maintaining a high standard of care for service users.
