Job description

I am working on behalf of a fantastic Domiciliary Care company based in Shepperton as they look to bolster their office team. This is a Deputy Care Quality Manager role to focus on the quality of care provided whilst being client focused, the branch delivers around 1000 hours of care per week.
The Company:

Small Domiciliary Care franchise – around 14 offices
Shepperton office – 6 years established
Have 36+ carers & 65 clients with 8 already in the office
Provide Live-in Care, Dementia & End of Life care as well as Domiciliary Care

The role:

To focus on the quality being provided within the service
Client focused role
Ensuring care provided is in line with CQC regulations
Creating person-centred care plans

Required competencies:

Strong experience within the care sector
Previous experience in care sector preferably client facing role
Believe in person-centred care in line with the companies’ values
Outgoing, bubbly personality
Good CQC knowledge
