SalaryYou will need to utilise your expert operational and clinical knowledge to ensure effective delivery of Nursing services and champion patient centred care ensuring safety, quality and patient experience are embedded in everything that we do. This will include ensuring safe and effective patient flow to manage capacity and demand within your areas. With excellent communication skills you will need to be able to establish your credibility at all levels internally and externally, and be able to quickly build relationships within your own team and the wider organization. Both a flexible 'can do' attitude and a strong focus on delivery are essential. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading nursing teams across a diverse range of services and for delivering high standards of quality care. Your commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients and their families who access our services will be at the core of all that you do, contributing to our mission to improve the health and well-being of those that we serve. The post holder will participate in the First Manager On-call Rota which includes out of hours, on site working. This role involves cross site working with Speciality services based at Bradford Royal Infirmary, Eccleshill Hospital, St. Lukes Hospital and Skipton General Hospital and therefore being a car driver is essential.
