You\'ll be working for a well-established public sector institution based in Marlborough.
Your new role
You\'ll be supporting the institution working in the finance department by providing all areas of support such as:
- Preparation and submission of Direct Debit collections
- Recharges
- Provide fees and billing reports and analysis for the Finance Manager
- Regular analysis of fees, bursaries and debtor balances
- Manage all aspects of the fee invoice preparation process
- Running the monthly payroll
- Processing monthly payments such as HMRC and Pensions
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Experience of working in a highly demanding and busy finance department
- Use of Sage 200
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Be part-qualified AAT or QBE
- Experience in Credit Control
- Have good knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables)
