As our Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be focusing on developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage departments, monitoring quality and service standards whilst fostering a positive work culture and team spirit to ensure heartfelt service is delivered to our guests & team members alike.
The successful candidate will have proven management experience, with an extensive background within hotel operations. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and guest preferences to successfully lead our Food & Beverage teams to success!
As the role is operational, the successful candidate will be flexible to work alongside the team, with strong leadership and team-building abilities. You must be a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality.
