Deputy General Managerrequired, to support the General Manager in the day to day running and management of a prestigious boutique hotel, located at a beautiful coastal location, nearest main town being Helston, Cornwall.
TRANSPORT WILL BE REQUIRED.
As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for all areas within this hotel, focussing on delivering high standards of guest service. Candidates with a bias for food and beverage operations would be preferential.
In the absence of the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager, will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, offering you the opportunity to influence the continued future success of this hotel.
As Deputy General Manager, a hands on approach is essential managing and supervising the operations team in place. Shift work is involved including working an early / late shift working 5 days over 7 to include week-ends on a rota basis and Duty Management.

The salary for Deputy General Manageris given as up to 38,000 / per annum / plus a share of the tips / in additional there is an annual profit related bonus possible / TRANSPORT WILL BE REQUIRED due to location.
