The White Hart is a country pub dating back to the 16th century with 11 high quality bedrooms, a large summer garden with the river Bybrook running through the garden & under the restaurant.
We are looking for a deputy manager with experience working in high-quality F&B operations, which could be within hotels, Restaurants, or other Catering businesses.
We are looking for a person with energy and a passion for food and drink, including hopefully, a good knowledge of fine wines & cocktails.
This is a hands-on and customer-facing role, and so we are keen to find someone with a warm, friendly, and professional outlook.
The successful candidate will understand what it means to oversee a FOH team that can consistently deliver excellent customer service experience.

Salary: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
