The Marketing CoE is made up of 5 specialist teams - Marketing Strategy, Reporting and Planning, CRM, Content and Creative, Digital Marketing and Media, Customer Insight and Research. The team will lead on all marketing activity.
We have a great opportunity to for someone to join the Digital Marketing and Media team, as Paid Media Executive, reporting into a Paid Media Manager.
We’re looking for someone with real passion for Paid Media, someone who enjoys bringing campaigns together, optimising performance and collaborating cross-team to deliver exceptional results – with a focus on driving growth within our existing customer base.
A bit about the job:
You will be supporting in the delivery of an integrated Paid Media strategy, working closely with the wider marketing CoE’s to activate campaigns, optimise media and deliver timely reporting and insights to our stakeholders.
The media executive will work closely with GTM teams to translate briefs into media plans, with the support of channel specialists and our media agency. You will help drive innovation, identifying new and exciting opportunities across the media landscape, helping turn these from ideas into reality.
Working alongside the Media Managers and the Media Lead, you will help coordinate Paid Media activity across Aviva products and will work closely with third party agencies to help execute plans.
Key channels include online video, programmatic display, affiliates, native, TV, radio, digital audio, press, partnerships, OOH etc. You will partner with Paid Search, Social and SEO teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and will encourage a test and learn approach to enable us to gather valuable insights to drive our marketing activity forward.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience developing integrated media plans, proactively partnering with internal specialists and third-party agencies – Affiliates experience a plus!
- Experience in developing a test and learn approach for Paid Media, helping drive performance and learnings via 1st party data utilisation, audience development, mar-tech usage and creative format/messaging testing
- Ability to proactively partner with Social, Search and wider marketing colleagues to lead/support on group-wide Paid Media programs that supports cross-channel customer experiences
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights, and confident in delivering results and learnings to stakeholders
- Starting salary circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity -10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
