Paid Media Specialist (M/W/D)

We are seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist for our TASCHEN office in London. This position will report to the Global Digital Director based in London, and support the continued growth and success of our online business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon, Twitter (X), and any other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the digital team, and the Paid Social, Paid Search and Amazon advertising team, to develop and implement strategies to successfully launch new books, promote backlist titles and achieve key business objectives.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive conversions.
• Ensure all campaigns are within budget and meet ROI targets.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
• Ensure that all spreadsheet trackers and reporting is up to date, and report regularly to the digital team on performance.
• Work alongside the creative and content team to develop new ideas and bring them to life as well as coordinating assets creation.
• Continuously monitor and analyze industry developments and make recommendations for adapting to new trends and changes in the digital landscape.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Paid Media role
• Managed a paid advertising budget in a previous role
• Strong command of Excel
• Excellent knowledge of social platforms
• Demonstrate the ability to be in control of multiple successful projects simultaneously
• Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ideation
• Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure
• Copywriting experience is advantageous
• Fluent proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus
