Overview of Role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Umbrella Training, you will be the driver of our Digital Marketing efforts, responsible for creating and in line with the Commercial Director, implement strategies that enhance brand equity and contribute to achieving company objectives. You will take ownership of generating and sharing engaging content across various platforms including social media, email marketing, and blogs. Your role will encompass providing a strategic framework for marketing and campaign direction, embedding creative marketing principles, and driving the company's marketing plan and activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive all content creation efforts, collaborating closely with different departments to deliver campaigns efficiently.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blogs, maintaining consistency with Umbrella Training branding.
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns, measuring results and optimising strategies accordingly.
- Evolve our brand tone of voice guidelines and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
- Maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure effective brand communication across all channels.
- Foster effective internal and external relationships to position Umbrella Training as the 'go-to' learning and training provider within the sector.
In addition, you will be responsible for KPIs relating to:
- Digital Engagement & Conversion Rates
- Lead Generation & Partner Retention
- Internal Communication & Events

Personal requirements of the role
- Hybrid Role
- Ability to travel to London and South regularly (at least twice a week averagely)
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging content and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for excellence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
