The Campaigns & Media Specialist will primarily support the Retail Campaigns Manager & Head of Marketing in delivering the Flight Centre retail campaign calendar, including cooperative marketing activity, supporting in-house media buying, driving the Marketing relationship with our sales staff and supporting the local PR strategy.

The Role
This role requires an individual who is highly organised and efficient, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally, with total customer-centricity.
Primarily, this role involves owning campaign implementation and reporting, in line with global standards. You will be responsible for briefing internal teams on retail campaigns and obtaining brand and supplier sign off, whilst ensuring you are the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and providing post-campaign reporting. This will mean maintaining positive relationships with key suppliers, using cooperative marketing funds to implement agreed campaigns and activity, creating pitch proposals, presenting and reporting to partners.
Secondarily, this role will support the Head of Marketing with the strategy and administration of in-house media buying, including briefing external media partners, reviewing proposals and developing media plans and reporting. This role also owns the marketing relationship with our retail front line through monthly communications, LSM requests and ad-hoc fit-out requirements, and will assist with PR requirements for the brand too.

- Retail marketing campaign (75%)
- In-house media buying (10%)
- Stores (10%)
- PR (5%)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the travel industry - 5 Years minimum
- Prior experience in marketing - 3 Years minimum
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent - Desirable
- Prior studies in the marketing field - Desirable
