- Operations Director in waiting.
Sounds cushy, doesn't it? But let's be pragmatic.
A Deputy General Manager is going to be supporting managers with nitty-gritty like HR and Marketing and knee-deep in liaisons with external stakeholders. Plain sailing? You tell me.
Puns aside, there is also a very good reason why a liking for boats could be advantageous but is not a necessity
