The Deputy Head - Market Research & Intelligence is a new management position, reporting to the Head of Student Marketing and with a dotted line to the Director of Recruitment and Admissions. We are looking for someone with the ability to build a new team and deliver outstanding insight that influences the future direction of the organisation. The Market Research & Intelligence team has primary responsibility for providing insight into customers, markets, competition and sector best practice. The team uses this intelligence to inform and influence plans and approaches across the School. Candidates must have: Experience of creating and delivering operational plans for market intelligence  Experience of developing and delivering persuasive and data-driven business cases Experience of building dashboards and making effective use of data visualisation tools We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
